My diet for getting ripped...

Happy Friday SWOLEdiers!!!
 
I promised you this year I'd offer more diet/nutrition advice for all you hard working @ss kickers out there looking to get jacked and ripped...
 
And with this video I've made a good start to it!!!
 
So how am I kicking off this campaign???
 
By showing you what's in my fridge as well as what my daily menu looks like!!!
 
If you watch the video you'll know that the reason I eat the foods that I eat, in the order, combinations, and portions that I do is ALL methodical.
 
I know that my results from the training I do will be either maximized or minimized by what I do outside of it...
 
I eat more for function these days than taste, but that said, I still need to get some satisfaction out of my grub...
 
That's why when I was introduced to my nutrition coach Dave Ruel I was thrilled to find that I could enjoy some of my favorite comfort foods without feeling like balls for eating them...
