12 Week Transformation...

We call it the MANamorphosis...
 
It's what happens when Biggest Loser bangs Biggest Badass!!!
 
We won't simply focus on aesthetics...we address performance gains as well. 
 
Oh we'll get an 8 pack and cause chicks to double and even triple take, but we're gonna focus on relative strength, muscular endurance, and power output too!!!
 
That's right, the way we see it, it's not enough to LOOK like you can kick someones ass...you gotta be ABLE to do it too!!!
 
In a MANamorphosis, you need to have your initial numbers to know what numbers you are gonna CRUSH at the end of the 12 Weeks...
 
We use these tests for our assessment:
  1. 225 lb bench press test: to dictate local muscular endurance...
  2. Vertical Jump: to dictate power output...
  3. Broad Jump: to dictate power output
  4. Body Fat Percentage: to dictate lean body mass
As it stands right now, my initial numbers look like this...
 
225 test = 24 reps
Vert Jump test = 37 inches
Broad Jump test = 10 feet 5.5 inches
Body Fat Percentage = 14%
