So I turned 28 today...and although my age says I'm older...I can tell you with 100% certainty and honesty that the me today could drop the bottom out of the me when I was 23!!!

 

Yea, I will admit it takes a day longer for me to recover from either a brutal training session or a crazy night before, but ultimately, I'm smarter now and am better equipped to deal with the stress I thrust upon my body...

 

Now, I'm not the type that really likes to receive gifts, but would rather give them instead...so as a way to give back to all of you out there that inspire me to be the ass-kicker this world intended us ALL to be...I'm hooking y'all up!!!
