One, we had an AWESOME FLEX Friday this past week that you should definitely check out if you haven't already...
It was a 1 Rep Max on the bench press as well as some tough, MAN Quotient building supplemental work...
I can't begin to tell you how important that 1 Rep Max was...Re-Assessment's like these are extremely important to let you know where you are with your programming and if you need to make any specific changes to it...
