What's crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
Had a nice Brick Shit House Day today at the MAN Cave...
Lots of bodyweight movements (push ups and chin ups for DAYS) to help us get RIPPED and also recover from yesterday's 1 Rep Max Bench Press Routine....
Now, about yesterdays training day...
Myself, the Ben-tern, and WOMANdler all hit a new PR just over a month since we last hit our PREVIOUS one...
Think about that...
How many of you have been stuck on your bench for the past year or two (or maybe more...)?????
Have you ever stopped to think that maybe its not your will to improve that is keeping you from getting what you want, but more so the fact that you aren't focusing on the REAL difference maker's????
If you are going 110% with no real clue as to HOW to efficiently and quickly improve your numbers, you are simply working harder to suck more!!!
Seriously, stop doing what isn't working!!!
