I'm not aware if you know this or not...but FLEX Friday has recently been going next level...

 

It's changing people's lives!!!

 

Take the Ben-tern for example...

 

Every day of the week that doesn't begin with "FLEX" he is a quiet, unassuming gentleman...

 

But come the day after Thursday and before Saturday, he mutates into something completely different...

 

I guess you wouldn't understand unless you trained with us here...

 

Anyway, I' gonna go do some sled work right now to recover from the savage beating that my body underwent yesterday.

 

Remember, the weekend is a great time to unwind and chill, but there's never a break from living the life of SWOLE!!!
