Every Friday at my Gym ("The MAN Cave") all of my athletes, meat heads and myself included partake in a weekly tradition that is known simply as FLEX Friday...
 
It's the last day of training that we get in before the weekend, and is likely the most testosterone saturated and concentrated 4,500 sq. ft. of space in the continental United States on any given Friday between 3pm and 7pm...
 
We aren't just a bunch of Meatheads having a free for all on the weights though...
 
No, there is most certainly a reason we are getting ridiculously awesome results in a ridiculously short amount of time...
 
It's because we have a SYSTEM in place...

I'm an absolute junky for knowledge on HOW the body works and HOW I can best utilize this knowledge to manipulate results from it...
 
EVERYTHING we have in place is for a reason...
