One of the questions I've gotten a lot recently via email as well as at the seminars I put on is whether or not I do personal coaching...

 

For a while I refused simply because I felt my athletes and meatheads at the MAN Cave would be losing some of that unfair advantage they believe they have...

 

However I just got the go ahead from them so I'm good to go!!!

 

You see, the real value in having a personal coach isn't just having them write up a fool proof, proven and efficient program for you...

 

That helps, but the most important thing that I have noticed with my clients at the gym, and my business coaching clients as well is the importance of having someone hold you accountable to your actions so that you reach your goals FASTER...

 

That's why myself, along with every other successful person I know has a coach in some capacity...to insure that they achieve their absolute best and GIVE their absolute best!!!

 

I'll say this though, coaching WON'T work if you aren't SERIOUS and HONEST with yourself and the goals you want to achieve....

 

And because my business is making people realize their goals, if you aren't willing to put in the work that I lay out for you on a DAILY basis, then you'll have no business with me...

 

I don't accept pussies...#DBAP!!!

 

So if you think you've got what it takes inside but need a little bit more focus on the HOW TO portion of your program, then I want you to RESPOND to this email with WHY you'd be a good fit...
