 You know what really bothers me?

When someone turns a blind eye to an individual that WANTS to be helped...

REALLY DUDE?! You aren't THAT busy or THAT important to where you can't spend a second lending a hand or advice to someone...

If this person is YOU, then get off your high horse, stop being a douche, and realize that we are all gonna get farther in life if we band together and help a brutha out!!!!

I'll be completely honest with you, with the volume of emails I get on a daily basis, it makes it tough to respond to everyone's, but I'll be DAMNED if I don't help the guy that WANTS to enhance his badassness!!!

Okay Mandler so I haven't started your program yet because I like to throughly go over a training program and understand it first before i start it. But I used your upper body active warm up with a buddy yersterday and loved it!! I do have some questions though on certain things in your program and how to acheive certain things.
 
1. I'm a firefighter (ultimate badass career) and play defense on my own ball hockey team. I'm trying to improve my cardio, so I want to keep going and be a beast in the 3rd period just as I am in the 1st. Besides doing hill sprints and regular sprints how do I improve that??
 
Depends on your on ice / off ice intervals. I work with some of the Tampa Bay Lightning players and their shifts are very short. So they are obviously following more of a metabolic conditioning routine. If your shifts are longer, I'd pair up traditional cardio with more metabolic based exercises as well... 
 
 
2. I saw your nutrition part and I currently use Intermittent Fasting as part of my training and love the results. If thats working for me can I still use it? I havent gained a jacked amount of muscle but i believe it's because the training program I was doing wasn't athletic like yours or Defrancos what do you think??
 
Do what works for you always, just know with the demands being placed on your body, you are going to need to learn how to eat to induce a speedy recovery. I always tell people the results you get from the work you put in at the gym are either going to be maximized or minimized by what you do in the kitchen and in bed (sleeping...not banging...but that's fun too)
 
 
3. I've been reading articles one specifically from Joe Defranco's and Jason Ferruggia's websites that say going to failure kills your CNS and really doesn't benefit you. Don't lift like a pussy but don't do failure and hit your lifts all the time. What do you think?
 
Is it taxing to your nervous system? Yes, typically i like to stop a set once form breaks, but when hypertrophy is our number 1 goal then what I do is go to absolute failure on only the last set. Regardless, you must realize that pushing this hard will atleast induce hypertrophy (muscle growth) and increase work capacity. All the more important to focus on those deloads, proper nutrition, and adequate sleep... 
 
 
5. If you do Box Squats better than Back Squats does that mean you're a pussy??
 
If you do box squats WRONG to pad your ego, yes, that makes you a pussy. A proper box squat should be below parallel at a depth that is LOWER than a "good" squat....To hell with your ego bro...only gets you in trouble and prevents you from getting great results...
