Hope you've done something this weekend to up your MAN Quotient!!!
 
I know I have!!! I just finished cranking out 13 of my favorite and most effective Brick Shit House Training routines for all of you (more to come from this later...) and now I'm about to get ready to enjoy the fruits of my labor!!!
 
That's right! Work hard and Play hard!!! None of this stuff would matter if I couldn't enjoy well earned time with my friends and family...
 
But there is a time for work and there's a time for play...
 
And I know if I don't put in that hard and focused work, then I'm not gonna be able to have time or the ability to play!!!
 
That to me is unacceptable!!!
 
I'll tell you this much though, I wasn't always as in tuned with getting the results I wanted in life as I am now...
 
You see, I'm a big believer in the fact that change can come just as easy from the OUTSIDE-IN as it can form the INSIDE-OUT...
