That means you need to relax and focus in on the feast of SWOLE that I'm gonna be throwing your way tomorrow afternoon!!!
 
Speaking of relaxing, that is one of the simplest and MOST EFFECTIVE tools you can do to expedite the results that'll turn you into the turbo charged ass kicker you've always wanted to become!!!
 
Some will say rest is for pussies...Well, that's only what I say to the pussies that don't work a tenth as hard as all of us!!!
 
No, the fact remains I understand and fully condone the practice of resting in order to recover from those MAN Quotient building lifting sessions that leave you a broken down badass...
 
Hell, if it weren't for the sleep we get, no amount of ass kicking in the gym or in the kitchen would matter at all!!!
 
We'd be in a perpetual zombie state and would actually get weaker and smaller...
 
You NEED sleep...
 
It's when your body recovers and promotes the release of the SWOLE friendly hormones that allow us to get JACKED and Ripped (growth hormone and testosterone)...
 
Guess what happens when you DON'T get sleep???
 
You'll be nothing more than a weak, sore, beaten down little bitch that has to tell himself that he is a "Hardcore Badass" instead of actually BEING one...#WeakSauce
 
So do yourself a favor, after reading this, focus in on the hard work your'e gonna be putting in tomorrow for FLEX Friday, but do so while being horizontal and getting the rest and recovery your body needs to become the BADASS you've always wanted to be!!!
