What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
Had a BADASS StrongMAN inspired Brick Shit House day today!!! I enjoyed it so much I figured I'd be a douche for not letting you in on the SWOLLGASM that I think you're gonna have after murking it...
As always with Brick Shit House Training day's, keep the intensity high and the testicular fortitude higher!!! This is what allows us to maintain muscle while burning fat...Metabolic MAN Cardio at its finest!!!
Here it is...
5 Rounds As Fast As Possible
1a) Trap Bar Deadlift (70% of 1 Rep Max : 3 reps)
1b) Overhead Log Press (70% of 1 Rep Max : 3 reps)
1c) Ring Pull Ups (5 reps : no kipping)
2) Battle Ropes (300 slams)
Doesn't sound like much, but if you go balls out on it, it'll light your ass up!!!
Speaking of busting your ass for the sake of turning yourself into a BADASS, Thursday afternoon I'm heading up to New Jersey with a fellow ass kicker to deliver some TRUTH to some knowledge hungry meatheads....
Elliott Hulse and I are heading up to New Jersey to talk at a sold out seminar that Underground Meathead icon Zach Even-Esh is putting on....
There's a valuable lesson to be learned here...
The 40+ people that will be filling this auditorium are making a sacrifice...
They are leaving the comforts of their home, and embracing a change that they believe will change their lives...
They identified a problem and are seeking a solution...
They could have spent another weekend doing a whole lot of NOTHING, but instead, they decided to suck up their pride, grab their balls, and get busy getting BADASS!!!
I bet there are some of you out there that have a few problems right now that need to be addressed...
Well guess what...if you don't address that problem it ISN'T gonna go away like a fart in the wind...It's gonna linger and fester like a wet fart in a hot car!!!
