If you're familiar with my program, The SWOLE System, you know that we implement what's called a "De-Load" every 5th week of training...
 
What it is put in place for is to give our bodies a rest from the savage beating we've placed upon it with the training we do...
 
They allow us to recover, regroup, refresh and recharge...
 
Not just the muscles...but more importantly our Central Nervous System...our bodies control center...
 
When we give it a break and allow it to get some rest, it comes back ready and allows us to kick MORE ass than we've kicked before!
 
More reps, more weight, more RESULTS!!!
