What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
I got an Ask MANdler question recently that I think a lot of you need to hear my answer for....
It's one that if you don't listen clearly to might upset you or discourage you from continuing to put in the hard work necessary to kick ass...
But never the less, it's times like those when you need to grab your balls, hunker down and focus on taking the proper steps to success...
What I'm talking about is the fact that initially (first few weeks - months), when you FIRST start training, you're going to see a lot faster results with your training than afterwards...
That's because of the "Neural Adaptations" your body makes in the beginning...
Afterwards, once these initial adaptations take place, it's all about proper periodization (a superior plan to get stronger and perform better)...
The frustrating thing is that even if you have the perfect plan of action, you can't expect near as fast as results as you initially achieve...
Again, DON'T get discouraged with this...
