I've discussed with you the steps that it takes to excel in both life and in the gym, but today I'm gonna give you the simplest and fastest tutorial on how to get STRONGER, more JACKED & RIPPED...
1) Train Specific to Your Goals: If you don't, you WON'T reach any milestones you wish to achieve. Don't have goals and you can't develop a plan to help reach them...
2) Focus on Developing Your Core Lifts (Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, & Overhead Press): When you focus on these lifts, everything else falls in place. Strength, Size, Work Capacity & Aesthetics
3) Use Circuits To Address Weak Points: I essentially do supplemental and accessory work in a circuit format that addresses all the weak points from my core lift. This way, you focus on the things that will make you stronger while also adding a fat loss element...
4) Do These CONSISTENTLY: Simple, do all of the above on a routine basis for a prolonged period of time and you'll get some results that will make you a bonafide ass-kicking machine!!!
