A dude wanted to know which exercises I write up into my program that utilize this equipment....
Given the fact we spend most of our time coaching form on exercises that deliver more results (squat, deadlift, bench, overhead press, and strongman lifts), we stay away from programming any crazy complex movements...
Given the fact that the exercises you're going to do with suspension trainers like the TRX and rings are all bodyweight based and thus PERFECT for metabolic, supplemental, and accessory training sets...we only stick with a few simple movements...
So if you're gonna rock out with some suspension training, do so with some intelligence, intensity and simplicity in mind...
