Given the significance of today, it only seems right to talk about Old Man Strength... 
 
That's right, in honor of Fathers Day, I'm going to discuss the mythical levels of strength that is seemingly only attained by the men that made us...
 
I can remember back when I was a little prepubescent turd thinking that my father had the strength of a thousand angry Sasquatches!
 
But what constitutes MAN Strength and how can you attain it???
 
Well, when I think of MAN Strength, I think of a few things...
 
A Gorilla grip...
 
The Work Capacity of a Horse...
 
And testicular fortitude of a dominant male Lion...
 
None of these can be achieved without the type of training that forges all of these attributes...

You don't build the type of size, strength and stamina that is reminiscent of a badass like your old man by training like a split tailed, limp wristed, pussy!!!
 
If you want to be that model of alpha male badassness, then you have to train as such...

MAN Strength is NOT attained over time...
 
It's attained with intelligent and intense work!!!
