What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
You ever go to the gym on International Bench Day and have trouble getting a good SWOLE Session in?
You know what I'm talking about!
There is a massive congregation of meatheads that do the same damn thing every time they head to the gym...
Bench Press...5 sets of 5 reps...same weight every week
Incline Dumbbell Press...3 sets of 12 reps....same weight every week
Cable Crossovers...3 sets until failure....whatever weight gets you abundantly pumped
This shit works dog! Why? Cuz FLEX says so!!!!
Like I said, this overwhelmingly frustrating display of douchiness is only surpassed by one event...
International DAY AFTER Bench Day!!!
You see, those that are truly devoted to being the biggest douche possible are rarely able to make it to the gym on Monday...
Why you ask?
Its because they are either hungover from Sunday Funday or their day was so excruciatingly non-douchy that they had to maximize their douchiness by taking advantage of happy hour...
Jager Bombs and Heinekens only!!! (I hear that maximizes their awesomeness...)
Why do I bring this up?
Well, I worked from my humble abode today and decided to just train at my condo's weight room...
The ONLY way this is possible for me is when its a Brick Shit House Day or a Dynamic Day (its the only day that the shitty gyms got enough weight for me to lift)...
And sure as shit, I ran into 4 of these mega douches getting there lift on...
Because I had no intentions of asking if I could work in and try to explain why I was lifting light weights to increase my bar speed, I decided to foam roll while they were busy not getting DICK done...
I could just tell they thought I was trying to molest the ground or something...
Never the less, after about 30 minutes of foam rolling and doing some mobility work they finally finished their weekly douche off and I got to get some productive work in...
You see how I say "productive"?
That's because after watching countless ass clown douchebags do the same thing over and over again, I have grown resentful of people that continue to do the same things while getting NOTHING to show for it...
Point being, if what you are doing is not getting you what you want, then go back to the drawing board and CHANGE what you are doing!!!
