I just rolled into Houston where I'm gonna be putting on the Over The Top Seminar with my boy David Claiborne...
First off, if you don't know who DC is, you had better check this report he wrote up for all of you that are mildly interested in getting Strong, Jacked, Ripped and Athletic...
Now, I must say whenever I fly (especially in the morning), I get off the plane feeling as stiff as a raging...well, lets just say I feel stiff....
Needless to say, I wasn't in the mood to much of anything but eating and relaxing...
So being the good ole boy that I am I mandated that we go to a BBQ joint and get food babied up with some MAN Meal...
And that we did...
Typically after a meal like that I'd go into hibernation...
You know, fall into that amazing food coma that makes you feel terrible but awesome at the same time...
Well, that didn't happen today...
You see when we rolled up to his facility I felt just like I was at the MAN Cave!!!
Dude, you should see his place....
It's sick!!!
It's one of those few gym's out there that can up your MAN Quotient just by walking through the doors!
Seriously, you go in his place and your hard on increases by 3 inches!!!
And his clients???
Freaks!!!
I think you're gonna dig tomorrow's FLEX Friday...
