It was a rough one!
 
I can always tell how truly difficult a training session was by how much it makes me eat that night and how beat up/sore I feel afterwards. 
 
And I gotta tell you, last night I ate like a morbidly obese Zombie, and feel as sore as if I went a few rounds in a steel cage with Mike Tyson and Chuck Norris!!!
 
Seriously, I'm sore as hell!!!

Speaking of being sore, stay tuned later tonight or tomorrow morning to hear my thoughts on whether or not you have to be sore as blue balls to accomplish something with your training...
 
(HINT: the quick answer is NO....I'll tell you why later)
