As many of you know, this past weekend I was out in Houston putting on the Over the Top Seminar...
 
Doing my part to spread the Gospel of SWOLE and bring up the MAN Quotient for a society that DESPERATELY needs to MAN UP!!!
 
And let me tell you, every one of the attendees left with a firm grasp on what the solution to their problem is...
 
They came wanting to know how to program for success and left with the know how to do so...
 
You see how that works???
 
Instead of looking for excuses as to why they aren't moving towards their goals, they actively sought out a SOLUTION to their problem...

Seriously, I was absolutely amazed with what I learned from DC this past weekend! The dude trains some of the best athletes in the NFL!!!
 
If that's not good enough for you then I don't know what I can do to convince you how legit this guy is as a trainer...
 
I know I've already implemented a few of the methods I learned from him and can't wait to see what comes from these changes!!!
