BADASS...but long none the less...
 
It started with FLEX Friday....
 
And if that weren't enough to up my MAN Quotient, after
that I got to take my parents and SMOKIN' HOT girlfriend
out to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse (best steak house out there
in my opinion)...
 
That's right, after some balls out yet intelligent training, I got 
me a fat ass bacon wrapped filet with some potatoes au gratin...
 
Was this a friendly meal for my brethren out there that are trying to 
get RIPPED up???
 
Negative!!!
 
But if you are looking for two things that will increase your MAN
Quotient and testosterone levels more than watching Rambo while 
growing a 6 year beard, NOTHING does the trick like following 
up a bench press session with some cow wrapped with bacon!!!
 
Seriously, I just got a boner!!!
