What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
FLEX Friday today...you know what that means?
That means today, before you go out and enjoy the life of
SWOLE, in whatever social atmosphere you roll in, you're
gonna have to get your SWOLE on!!!
I'm willing to bet if you're the type that reads this newsletter,
you're the type that busts your ass in the gym....
That's great, but if you're like me, sometimes that intensity
lands you on the injured list...
You know what I'm talking about...
Your shoulder and pec minor is all busted up, and what once
was the BEST part of your day is a depressing pain in the ass...
It hurts!!!
And that SUCKS!!!
This is a problem, and with every problem there's a clear and simple
solution...
The thing is, you're probably not doing EVERYTHING, from start
to finish that you NEED to be doing...
Are you doing a dynamic warm up???
Are you doing movement prep work???
Are you using a PROPER core lift warm up???
Is someone coaching you on proper form???
Are you addressing your weak points???
If there are more than 3 "no's" in the answers you gave, then you need
to take a good hard look at what the hell you're doing...
Hate to tell you this, but you're probably wasting a LOT of time...
That might hurt to hear...but progress starts with the truth!!!!

In the gym, at home, with your friends, WHATEVER!!! Just do something
that forces you to show some SACK!!!
