I'm glad y'all are responding positively to the Bench Like a

I put some serious time and effort not just into building this

Like many of you out there, I had hit a sticking point in my bench
that for years had me pissed off and frustrated...
I didn't realize it at the time, but I was actually preventing myself

1) Plyo-Clapping Push Up (5 sets : 3 reps)
2) Dynamic Effort Bench (8 sets : 3 reps : 45%)
3) DB Floor Press (3 sets : 5 reps)
4) Barbell Row (3 sets : 8 reps)
5) DB Skullcrushers (2 sets : 15 reps)
s/s
Strict Pull Ups (2 sets : fail)
