How to Turn Your Weakness into Your Strength...

What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
So far this week I've discussed with you just how technical
it is and just how much attention you must pay in order to up
your 1 Rep Max on the bench press...
Bench Like a Badass SALE <<<==============
Trust me, there's only so far you can go with the meathead
mentality of "Progressive Overload"...
Eventually those initial gains stall. And when they do you're
likely left wondering what the hell happened...
That's where training with intelligence comes into play...
That's right...intelligence!!!
You might think to yourself 'how intelligent do you have to be
in order to lift more weight?', but the truth is, you have to not only
be that, you must also be observant and organized.
In order to figure out how to program for the supplemental and accessory
lifts to be done AFTER the bench, you must be able to observe what
your weak points are in the lift...
Think of it like a dam. If theirs a leak in the dam, you aren't going to
further reinforce the areas that are secure, you're going to patch up
the area that's compromised...
Same with the bench press...
If you want to increase the strength of this lift, you absolutely HAVE
to fix the problems that are preventing you from lifting more...
We call these the weak points...
And if you're not doing anything to address them, then don't expect to
be able to bust through the plateau's that are leaving you so frustrated...
The good news though is that it's a really EASY fix...
I'll talk about a few of those points later tonight, but for now I want to
leave you with this thought...
If I told you that you no longer had to bang your head against the wall
in frustration with your bench if you did just ONE easy thing, would
you do it, or continue to jackhammer your face???
The EASY Fix to your Bench Press Problems <<<===========
Stay Strong and Stay SWOLE!!!

P.S. Stay tuned later today for a lesson in how to identify your weak
points head on so that you can start getting BIG numbers on your
1 Rep Max!!!
