Motivation for the Week Ahead...

What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
 
I hope you made great strides towards becoming the MAN 
you want to become this weekend...
 
If not, do NOT beat yourself up!
 
NONE of us are perfect and we ALL have setbacks.
 
The trick is, how we address those setbacks...
 
If you back down and cower down when faced with the adversity
that will inevitably get in the way of the greatness you can achieve, 
do you really expect to achieve it?
 
Think about that this week when something or someone cock blocks 
the success you want to have...
 
Are you going to let them???
 
Is you letting them get their way more important than you maximizing
your potential as a man???
 
If it is, then hey, props to you for being a "Nice Guy"...
 
Just remember, at the end of the day, the "Nice Guy" isn't the one standing
in the winners circle getting to enjoy the life that he has undoubtably paved
for himself...
 
I'm not telling you to be a jerk off. 
 
Far from it...
 
I'm telling you to not let anything get in the way of what you want in the gift
that is given to us called life...
 
Have a plan...  
 
Stick to the plan...
 
Don't let ANYTHING get in the way of you accomplishing what you want...
 
THAT'S the secret sauce bro...
 
Nothing else...
 
Have that in mind this week when you think something's blocking you from 
becoming what you want to become...
 
Whether in the gym or in life, you'll encounter opposition...
 
Stomp them out and achieve what is rightfully yours!!!
