Hopefully y'all did some today that rectified your vaginal
tendencies and up your MAN Quotient...
If not, no big deal...it's only your legacy and manhood that's
at stake...
Now, speaking of your MAN Quotient, when discussing this
and how to maintain it while getting RIPPED, it's a very fine
line you must toe...
If you try to use "traditional" means to do so (cardio in the a.m.
and after your training as well as copious amounts of ab work),
then you can kiss your masculine qualities of size and strength
good bye!
Hell, I'm being a team player right now by helping one of my good
friends train for the SEAL Fit challenge and within a week am already
starting to see negative side effects from the high volume of "cardio"
work...
I'm not saying "cardio" is the devil...
I'm saying that if your goal is to get Jacked and Ripped at the same
time while maintaining your performance gains, there are FAR better
means for you to accomplish it...
This training program is how I addressed the problem, and I gotta tell
you, I'm getting more RIPPED than I've ever been in my life!!!
Best part?
I don't suffer any of the MAN Quotient crushing side effects like losing
muscle or sacrificing strength gains, as well as never having to do a single
cardio session or crunch class...
