You ever watch a sweet movie like Terminator or 300
and get all pumped up for some training???
You see the main character kickin' ass all over the place
and are ready to get after it!!!
He's jacked, ripped, kicks ass and GETS ass!!!
Seeing that REALLY inspires me to go do 1,000,000
sit ups and run countless miles...NOT!!!
Seriously, I cannot figure out for the life of me why people
continue to believe doing these 2 things are what deliver the
ass kickin' action figure look that all us dudes want...
If you're doing this, are frustrated with how much it SUCKS,
and are ready for a faster and more effective way to get the look you're
going for, then it's time you flip the switch and adopt a better approach...
DITCH the sit-ups and STILL get ripped <<<<=============

You'll perform better...

P.S. I don't wanna hate up on the distance runners or the crunch and sit-up
lovers, but they have NO PLACE in my program or yours! You DON'T
have to do them to get that desired super hero look...for real! THIS is how
you can get away without doing them while STILL getting ripped...
