I'm Leaving the MAN Cave Behind...

 What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
 
Just finished some BRUTAL Brick Shit House Training 
over at the MAN Cave...
 
About a year ago I remember having a conversation with 
my buddy Elliott Hulse about how one day he was just going
to move his family out in the middle of the woods and live off
the land...
 
I remember thinking to myself at the time that that might have
been the most ballsy and badass thing I've ever heard.
 
I mean seriously, it takes some serious stones to pull something 
like that off. 
 
It's not for the faint of heart, frail bodied pussies that litter society
today. Only REAL men would be able to pull something like that 
off!!!
 
Well, today I was watching a show on History Channel I think 
called "Mountain Men" about burley and badass dudes that are 
living oof the land just as my Elliott was talking about...
 
One of the dude's that lives in Alaska had to hunt Mountain Goat
in order to feed his family for the winter ahead...
 
So homeboy packed a survival kit, a gun and his brass balls and headed
hiking 5 miles away from the plane that he had to fly to in order to bag 
his meal...
 
Well, after he shot and killed (from over 350 yds away mind you) this 
protein packed furry creature, he had to do something that absolutely
WREAKED of badassness....
 
He cut off all the salvageable meet and hiked backed to the plane...
 
This wasn't a gingerly stroll to the car with a bag of groceries...
 
This was a 5 mile hike in the mountains with high winds, unstable 
surfaces, and a 150 lb. pack full of MEAT!!!
 
Talk about a badass!!!
 
You think he got to where he was able to do that by running laps around 
the block or on the treadmill?
 
Hell no!!!
 
He built up to that by performing MAN work on a daily basis!!!
 
SHIIIIITTTTT!!!!!
 
There are dudes out there that can't even deadlift 150 lbs., let alone carry
it 5 miles in the mountains!!!
 
If you're looking to build the stamina that could allow you to outperform 
your competition, or just allow you to get ripped while keeping your size
and strength, you better have a program that reflects those goals!!!
