Why America Dominates the Olympics

What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
 
I'm excited as a fat chick at a buffet right now!
 
And let me tell you why...
 
1) I just finished an America Approved FLEX Friday Routine
that has me looking and performing like a BADASS...
 
AND...
 
2) The 2012 Summer Olympics is on!!!! Time for America to show
 every body how it's done!!!
 
Speaking of America going AMERICA on all of the other countries
in the Olympics, have you ever thought WHY we seem to dominate 
as much as we do???
 
You could argue a litany of different reasons (training, bigger athletes, 
better coaches, better facilities, etc.), but to me there are only 2 thing 
that separate us from every other country out there...
 
Commitment to excellence and an unwillingness to accept failure...
 
If there is one thing that our country hates more than anything, its a loser...
 
The mere mention of the word is absolutely disgusting to our great nation!
 
The only thing we tolerate in this great country of ours is GREATNESS...
 
Anything less than that and you are yesterdays news...
 
Sure there are some people that will tell you its not who wins or loses but how
you play the game...
 
But if that were the case, then why do they keep score??? And why is that 
the generic speech given to the losing team???
 
No, if you are going to do ANYTHING in life, commit to doing it balls out 
and with the winning spirit...
 
Anything less than that and you're already setting yourself up to accept failure...
 
That's the same attitude you have to take with your training....
 
If you want to reach your goals, you cannot accept the possibility of failure...
 
You must accept the fact that you WILL reach your goal regardless of how hard 
it is going to be.
 
Why?
 
Because you're not a loser!!!
 
You're a bonafide ass-kicking machine that doesn't accept anything less than 
being the badass you know deep down you truly are!!!
 
If that's the attitude you've got, and you're ready to achieve MORE with your
training, then you have to try these new BADASS training routines  I've made 
for you...
 
ONLY if you aren't too much of a split tail to do them (they're pretty tough...)
 
Stay Strong and Stay SWOLE!!!

P.S. I mean that when I say don't try them unless you have that unwillingness
to fail. They aren't for the faint of heart. But that's why the guys that actually 
do them are getting insanely fast results....they have the right attitude...
