You ever go to the fair or carnival and see one of those 
"test your strength" games???
 
It's usually one of those massive sledge hammers that you hit
in order to drive the pin up to the bell, or some grip device...
 
You know why every dude wants to do them?
 
Because we all have that primal urge to test ourselves and see 
how we stack up to other males...
 
Our daily life is a proving grounds...
 
We are constantly trying to glorify our male dominance to other
competition so that we can position ourselves in the hierarchy of
primal male masculinity...
 
We're always looking to beat our chest and peacock a little bit...
 
Sometimes that can lull us into a fall sense of confidence and get us in 
trouble...
 
Like the little guy that tries to nut up against the big guy and ends up
getting his ass beat...
 
Always happens...
 
There'll never be an end to that...
 
I figured this is so engrained into our DNA that instead of getting beat
up because of it, why not try to use this desire to prove ourselves with
a positive outlet...
 
That's when I had the bright idea for the MANamorphosis Project...
 
If I could figure out a way to gauge a dude's MAN Quotient with feet's
of strength (both maximal and endurance), I could push them and hold 
them accountable to working towards a positive outlet instead of a 
negative one...
 
That's what is missing anyway in so many of our programs...
 
A way to consistently monitor our progress and hold us accountable 
to reaching the goals we want to reach...
