I certainly hope you can look back at this week
and answer "yes" to the question of whether or
not you have earned your MAN Card...
Last night's sneak peak at the MANamorphosis'
Bodyweight Bench Press Test should give you
a pretty good idea of where you stand...

If you FAILED MISERABLY on that test and
want to figure out how to redeem and rectify your
vaginal tendencies, then you need to train hard and
smart in order to do so!
You can start by trying the sample workout below
from the MANamorphosis Project...
1) Incline Bench Press (60% of 1 Rep Max : 50 total reps)
2) Dumbbell Floor Press (3 sets : 10 reps)
s/s
Weighted Pull Ups (3 sets : failure)
3) Inverted Rows (2 sets : 30 seconds as many as possible)
4) Push Ups (100 total)
This session will give you an INSANE pump as well as a
swift kick in the nuts!!!
Try it out (if you call yourself a MAN), and position yourself
to be the MAN that you want/NEED to be!!!
