I'm in Bermuda!!! (try my workout)

What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
 
Not sure if I told y'all, but I am currently in Bermuda
right now living large and enjoying the life of SWOLE!!!
 
Everything is great here however there's one thing that 
always SUCKS about going on vacations like this...
 
The "gym"!!! Well...keeping a good diet as well...
 
I know y'all know what I'm talking about...
 
Rows of bikes and treadmills, a few yoga mats, and rubber
dumbbells...
 
If hotel resorts were humans, their gym would DEFINITELY 
be the vagina!!!
 
So I had to do a quick workout...
 
This is one you can do ANYWHERE!!!
 
1. Tabata Set
a. Push Ups
b. Squats 
 
2. Tabata Set
a. Squat Jumps
b. Alternating Lunges
 
3. Dumbbell Curl/Press Complex (curl/press-->press-->curls)
a. Sets of 6
b. Sets of 5
c. Sets of 4
d. Sets of 3
e. Sets of 2
f. Sets of 1
 
Try it out...do it as fast as possible...keep it quick and intense!!!

SWOLE on...DIET is a huge part as well!!!
