Do bands and chains really work?

What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
 
Had a sweet FLEX Friday today doing some heavy 
chained bench press...
 
Funny thing about using accommodated resistance
like bands and chains...people think it's like a magic 
pill that delivers HUGE results!
 
Do they work to increase your numbers for the people 
that know HOW to use them?
 
Yes...
 
For those that are strong enough to handle chains, and then 
further more band resistance, you WILL become stronger
and more explosive with your core lifts...
 
Are they the end all be all???
 
HELL NO!!!
 
That's why I made it a point to implement a training system
that doesn't require anything like this that you can't find in any
Globo-Gym...
 
Train like a MAN even at a Globo-Gym <<<<==============
 
It hurts me to say this, seeing as I make my living off being
the ANTI-Globo Gym, but it really is feasible to train the 
same way we do at the MAN Cave, WITHOUT all of the 
sweet equipment we have...

P.S. Have you seen some of the "Behind the Scenes" training
footage of Ryan Lochte? Notice that he trains almost EXACTLY
how we train here at the MAN Cave (focus on strength to build size,
speed, and endurance)????
