How to motivate yourself when you're being LAZY

What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
 
I've been moving into my new condo all day and hating
every bit of it!!!
 
I was sweating my nuts off lifting awkward and obnoxiously
shaped objects and even managed to subluxate one of my ribs
(basically my rib popped out and went back in to its insertion...
it hurts like hell)...
 
Needless to say, I wasn't in the mood to do anything but sit down
and get drunk off tequila and Shark Week...
 
But guess what I did?!
 
The cure to workouts that SUCK<<<<===========================
 
That's right, I MANed Up and did the one thing that I KNEW 
would bring satisfaction and closure to my day (don't tell my gf 
I said that...)
 
This reminds me of a question I got today...
 
An Ask MANdler question on "how to motivate yourself to train when
telling yourself NOT to be a pussy is not enough"...
 
Well the thing is, everyone, even the most motivated people in the world
have moments that they don't feeling like doing what they KNOW they 
have to do...
 
What they do to insure they stay on track is having someone in place
to hold them accountable if they themselves are unable to...
 
Think about it...
 
It's a lot easier to bitch out if you don't have to answer to someone else...
 
NOBODY wants to bitch out to their buddy though...
 
That's the key...
 
If you have a hard time getting motivated to get off the couch, find someone
to act as your coach or training partner...
 
If you STILL can't manage to peel yourself off the couch and are comfortable 
saying "I'm gonna pass on training" to your bro...then you simply lack the
testicular fortitude to become the MAN that you can be!!!
