What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
 
There's nothing worse than a training routine that kicks
your ass but doesn't give you any results whatsoever...
 
1/2 off the SWOLE System (it doesn't suck...it works!!!)<<<===============
 
It's the epitome of what's wrong with the fitness industry
today.
 
A bunch of jabronies dreaming up some type of asinine 
routine that has you pissing blood while beating yourself 
into submission...
 
That's not a system for progress...
 
It's a recipe for stupidity!!!
 
THAT'S why our training "system" doesn't suck...
 
IT WORKS!!!
 
Take for instance our daily approach...
 
Everything is put in place for a reason...
 
That reason is to accelerate your results...getting you more 
Jacked, Ripped, Strong, Explosive and Conditioned...
 
Here we go...
 
1) Dynamic Warm Up (it's a warm up...do it to prepare for some 
ass-kicking)
 
2) Plyometrics (do this to increase athleticism and power output)
 
3) Core Lift (do this to get Jacked and Strong)
 
4) Supplemental Work (do this to increase work capacity, and bring
up your weaknesses)
 
5) Accessory Work (do this for injury prevention...not sexy, but necessary)
 
6) Finisher (do this to get RIPPED without pissing away all of your size
and strength)
 
Sounds like a lot doesn't it? 
 
It is...it's also the ticket to getting real results...REAL FAST!!!
