Last night I gave you the run down on HOW the

Well, today I'm gonna be going over with you how 
one component of it allows you to get better results 
in one hour than you probably have in the last YEAR!

but the fact remains, it's the fastest way to make HUGE 
improvements and also keep from jacking yourself up!

squat...
 
The squat? 
 
That's bad for your knee's and your back though...

ORRRR, you can grow a set of cock and balls by squatting
the RIGHT way!!!
 
Here's 4 tips that'll help you CRUSH the squat instead of crush 
your body while TRYING to do a squat...
 
1) Push your knees out and "spread the floor"...these two cues 
assure you of engaging the RIGHT muscles for the squat (the
hamstrings and ass)
 
2) Push your hips BACK...many people think you squat down. 
Not true...it's actually what's causing you to have knee problems
with the squat. Focus on sending your hips back for proper alignment
and you'll have a bigger and more pain free squat...
 
3) Drive through the ground on the outside of your heels...this again has
to do with proper lever alignment (recurring theme with ALL form work).
If your heels come off the ground and your driving your TOES through
the ground...YOU'RE WRONG!!!
 
4) Drive your upper back into the bar....if you simply push your heels into
the ground and have a loose upper back, you're going to dump the bar over
your head and have the absolute piss scared out of you. In order to prevent
that from happening, simply drive your upper back into the bar as you drive
your heels into the ground...
 
Bet you didn't think there was that much that goes into squatting did you...
