Bout to hit the bed and get some hard earned rest
and recovery time...
Before I do I want to make a little confession...
No, I don't moonlight as transvestite named Starla...
What I was gonna say is that believe it or not, I
absolutely SUCK at the deadlift!!!
I've had to fight for every pound I put on my 1 Rep Max,
and every time I beat that number I celebrate like a fat
kid at an all you can eat pizza buffet!
If you have a hard time with the deadlift like I do, and WANT
to increase it, the key is knowing HOW to increase it...
