What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
Whenever I think about milestones that up your
MAN Quotient, being able to deadlift 3x's your
bodyweight is right up there...
Do that and I can guarantee you that nobody will
second guess your ass-kicking capabilities!!!
I personally have never been able to reach this mile
stone...
However WHEN I do, you will see it on video as well
as see me punch the closest person to me in a display
of increased t-levels being channeled into uncontrollable
meathead excitement!
It'll be one more notch on the belt...
And those notches are what it's all about for us!!!
I say WHEN because I know it's not a matter of "if" it will
happen...
It's GOING to happen!!!
How will I insure that???
Simple...
I'm going to invest my time and effort into what has been proven
to work for people that have hit this milestone!
Break your Deadlift record TODAY <<<==========================
I've done so thus far and can already see the same level of
improvements I got when I got Dave Tate to coach me on
the bench...
Here are just 3 of the tips that have helped ME so far...
1) "Spread the Floor": this cue is similar to the squat cue that
that allows you to engage your hamstrings and ass. With your
feet under your hips and weight on your heels, pretend you are
pushing the ground underneath you apart...
2) "Don't Overdo It": the deadlift is very taxing to your central
nervous system. If you do it too often with too much volume,
you can expect to experience diminishing returns...
Your Deadlift Cheat Sheat (increase your 1RM today) <<<=================
3) "NO Stripper Deadlift" :You go to pull a weight and your back
immediately rounds making you resemble a stripper picking up a
one dollar bill more so than a meathead doing a deadlift! If your
ass moves up without the bar...YOU'RE WRONG!!!
Implement these 3 tips with your next deadlift session and I promise
you'll CRUSH your old record!!!

P.S. That coach that I told you about, the one who can pull over 600 lbs. and weighs less than 200 lbs...he's built a sweet program to help you do the same! I've been on it for a little over a month now and have gone from 585 to 615...it's legit! Hop on it!!!
