What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
A lot of you are probably living the life of SWOLE
right now, 3 deep at happy hour, or enjoying
some delicious and nutritious MAN Meal before you
head out...
I thought I'd drop in before I did the same...
First off, check out the badass FLEX Friday upper body routine
we did today...
It was high volume, high rep, and high intensity!!!
MAN Quotient was through the roof and the pump
I had from the core lift all the way to the finisher was
HUGE!!!
But enough about me, I want to talk about YOU and how
we can get YOU to experience the same results that myself

I consider myself a coach above all...
Someone that was put here on earth to educate people on
intelligent training and receiving accelerated results...
