2-Step Plan for a RIPPED and Athletic Body...

Yesterday I discussed with you one of my favorite
snacks that allowed me to gain 40 lbs. of ripped muscle
in a little under a year...
 
Let me tell you, when you're trying to put on lean mass
it's an absolute BLAST following the proper diet!!!
 
You get to eat til your hearts content!!!
 
But what about the flip side to that equation?
 
We know the dummy proof methods that'll allow you to
gain size are going to be Eat Big & Lift Big, but how does
it work when you are trying to get ripped up???
 
It's actually pretty simple!
 
Its a two pronged approach...
 
The first objective is obviously to train specific to your 
goals...
 
If our goal is to burn fat while maintaining muscle, we 
are going to have to focus on prolonged bouts of MAN
Quotient building metabolic conditioning to up our RMR...
 
When we increase our RMR (resting metabolic rate), we 
will burn more calories at rest...thus, burning more fat even
long AFTER our training is through...
 
The second objective???
 
Thats all about the work you do OUTSIDE the gym and 
INSIDE the kitchen...
 
I'll be honest, it's simple when you fully comprehend it, and
it's laid out for you, but if you're an outsider looking in, GOOD 
LUCK!!!
 
In order to create that caloric deficit that is needed to burn fat, 
but NOT do so so strictly that you lose muscle, it takes the right
balance of three variables...
 
What to eat...
 
How much to eat...
 
And, when to eat...
 
If you're trying to learn this on your own, you'll waste 
COUNTLESS hours of hard work you put in at the gym...
 
Don't do that!!!
 
Embrace the diet solution that allows you to STILL eat like
a dude but enjoy getting FAST results!
