Just a quick heads up...
FLEX Friday is tomorrow!!!
I already did it for myself earlier this week
because of my trip to Michigan to see my
smokin' hot girlfriend...
Let me tell you, it was a TOUGH one!!!
Heavy bench followed by high volume
and high intensity MAN Quotient building
metabolic conditioning....
ROUGH!!!
That's how you do it though...
If it was easy, everyone would be rolling
around looking like the ass-kickers that
we ARE!!!
Being tough isn't enough though...
Yea, it'll get you through when you're feeling
"weak", but you have to be intelligent too...
You have to be prepared...
So much of that has to do with a proper nutrition plan <<<==============
If you aren't eating right for your goals, you simply
can't properly fuel yourself through your training
OR recover from your training...
You GOTTA put it all together if you want to have
the results that everyone always talks about and dreams
about...
If you're not...you're just spinning your wheels and getting
nowhere fast...
It's time you really hunker down, show some discipline, and
take your results to the next level!!!

The "MAN-Burger"
-1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef
-4 oz. Center Cut Bacon
-Low Fat American Cheese (1 slice/burger)
-Raw veggies (the more the better...just not sauteed in butter)
-Whole Wheat Toasted Bun (any high fiber whole wheat will do)
This is a high fiber, high protein, and low saturated fat burger
that is flat out FIRE!!! Try it and thank me later....
