So every time I begin to train someone at the 
MAN Cave I take them through a "Goals
Consultation" to figure out how best to help them..
 
Typically what I find is that they all want to be
physically challenged, perform just as they did in
High School, and develop a Lean athletic physique...
 
Hell, so do I!!!
 
That's the name of the game with the way we train 
here at the MAN Cave!!!
 
Train hard in order to look good while kickin' ass!!!
 
In order to be able to do that I've noticed 4 Trends that
you MUST focus on in order to accomplish this simple
yet complex goal...
 
1) You MUST focus your program on building strength. 
Doing so the RIGHT way will help develop size and a
large amount of work capacity as well...
 
2) You MUST focus on quality of movement. This means 
being as efficient as possible with your lifting. Form=Results...
 
3) You MUST choose the right exercises, in the right order, 
with the right weight. This is 100% about proper programming.
If you aren't using a program specific to your goals...you're "F"ed!!!

4) You MUST eat specific to your goals! I wish I could tell 
you that you could eat whatever the hell you want, but that 
isn't true. Gotta know what to eat, when to eat, and how much...
 
That's it!
 
If you can follow these guidelines you'll be getting SICK

There's an "if" in that sentence though...and IF you aren't 
addressing that "if", don't expect the results that have been 
eluding you...
