Do this for 5 Rounds as FAST as possible...
 
a) Single Arm Dumbbell Jerk (10 reps/arm)
b) Pull Ups (5 reps)
c) Weighted Back Extension (10 reps : 45 lb. plate)   
d) Squat Jumps (10 reps)
 
Seriously, doesn't sound like much...
 
But if you do it with a high degree of intensity 
the result is EXACTLY what you're going for!!!
 
What happens is that with increasing the intensity
by keeping your heart rate up with multi-joint
movements in a superset fashion, you trigger a
HUGE increase in your "Resting Metabolic Rate"...
 
Why is that a good thing???
 
Two reasons....
 
1) It will allow you to burn more fat at rest. This is a
FAR superior way to get ripped up to the boring and
redundant "Cardio" that you probably do now...
 
Burn Fat without Cardio <<<=========================
 
2) When you do this as opposed to traditional cardio, 
you will not burn muscle...you'll maintain it...while 
burning fat!!!
 
Do yourself a favor....
 
QUIT doing the mindless, monotonous, treacherous, and 
ineffective type of cardio that is CRUSHING your hard 
earned results!!!
