What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
 
First off, Happy Saturday! 
 
I hope you understand that everything we do,
all the work we put in on a daily basis is done 
in order for us to be able to live a more fruitful
and enjoyable life....
 
I preach about the positive effects of utilizing an
effective training program, but if you are unable 
to grasp the "WHY" in the "What" it is that you 
are doing, then you're missing the point...
 
It's all about getting great results and how we 
can parlay that into the life that we all dream 
about...
 
Being confident enough to ask out a hot chick...
 
Being disciplined enough to take care of the things 
that you DON'T want to do, but will yield you great 
results...
 
Being strong enough, in mind, body, and character
to be willing to stand up for what you believe...
 
Having the vision and focus to realize just how
GREAT your life can be...
 
For me, as I'm sure it is for all of you, NONE of this 
would be possible without the lessons that are forged
in the gym...
 
Do me a favor though...
 
Don't be so focused on the gym that you forget about
WHY you are doing in the first place...
 
Family, friends, and fun...
