Do you do In-Season training?
If not, you need to ask yourself this question...
WHY did you build all that strength, size, stamina, and speed in the off-season if you were just gonna let it wither away when it matters most???
Watch this video and reexamine how you approach your in-season training...
Remember, if you are an athlete, you wanna be strong down the stretch...a finisher if you will...
So DON'T neglect the simple in-season work that you need to be doing!!!
