Real quick, I wanna address a few things...
1) I just did a video that talks about the one thing that could add ridiculous weight to your squat, bench and deadlift...(hint: it's really REALLY simple!!!)
Seriously, by following this simple cue, your lifts will not only become a lot safer and effective, but you'll get FAR more weight whenever you implement this simple "trick"...
2) I'm reading "Lone Survivor" right now...(Hell of a book, strongly suggest you buy it!) and in light of this past weekends SEAL Team 6 tragedy, I think you should read this exert...

Fact is, we all need to take a good long look at how these REAL super hero's live their life and draw some inspiration from them.
Don't let these brave men of honor die in vain...let's remember what they stood for, reflect on how they persevered in the face of far greater challenges than we have ever faced, and live with their fighting spirit in mind...
