Hope you've enjoyed the last few training sessions I've filmed for y'all!!!
Hope you're realizing too that if you follow the EM4MH you can get a ridiculously badass training session in regardless of whether you have a MAN Cave...
Well, here's yet another training session for you to MAN-handle...
It falls right in line with an email I got the other day asking what we do at the MAN Cave to overload the triceps...
Like I've been preaching (and I'm glad you're learning), the triceps are responsible for pushing...NOT THE CHEST!!!
So if we wanna really up the bench, we not only have to make sure our form is good, but also that we are overloading the primary movers in the lift...the triceps...
So take a look at today's session, make the necessary adjustments that I provided for you and get SWOLE!!!

P.S. Remember, when you do these training sessions, besides a good warm-up and proper form, the most important thing you need to focus on is lifting with the intensity of an angry tiger!!! Do that, and you'll get the results you want!!!
