In the past 5 years or so I've noticed a troubling trend in Strength & Conditioning that if coaches like myself and YOU don't address, the state of this industry is screwed!!!

 

I'm talking about the geeks that are knowledge junkies and could teach the finer points about any and every anatomy and physiology course, but wouldn't know a good program if it shit on their face!!!

 

It's the same guy that can teach you the proper biomechanics and physics involved with doing a proper push up, but they themselves can't do a single one!

 

Do you wanna be coached by that guy?!

 

Hell no!!!

 

Now, understanding the human body and how to manipulate it into doing what YOU want it to do is important, but if you don't have a coach that has been through the trenches with that program, then you don't have a coach that is worth his weight in shit, let alone worth the $$$ he's spent in those countless continued education seminars he's gone to!!!

 

Bottom line, you want someone who know's the textbook nerdy shit AND the programming and coaching shit!!!

 

Cuz let's be honest...you wouldn't go to a dentist with a busted grille would you?!

 

No!!!

 

So don't let some geek that has had no success with himself or his clients more importantly tell you hat to do about getting the results you want!!!

 

Go to the coach that has put himself through the grind himself, and failed to the point of identifying mistakes, establishing a solution, and manifested a clear path to become YOUR solution!!!
