What's crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
Hope you kicked ass this week and carried on like the MAN you were meant to be...
I've had probably one of the most relaxing stress free weeks i've had in a LOOOONG time...
When I do a de-load week, I don't just curtail my training...I taper anything and everything!!!
That's why you haven't had many videos or emails from me...
Well, today is thelast day of my BRAINcation, and I'll be spending it doing the charity bike ride with my main brochacho Julius...
Before i do that though I wanted to let you in on one of the secrets to my success in the gym that I think y'all will find quite interesting...
You see, I didn't always train the way i do now with the Elite Method for the Meat Headed...
I used to think in order to get the ripped abs that I used to want so bad (c'mon, admit it..you want nice abs to score with the ladies!), I used to do COUNTLESS sit-ups, crunches, leg lifts, and whatever else I was told to do by all the muscle mags...
What happened? I DIDN'T get the abs I was promised!!!
It was not until I scrapped that bullshit and focused on the training that I do now that I got the abs I wanted...
So what did I do???
I started training like my head was on fire! Like my life depended on it! I quit the isolation work that got me haldpast NOWHERE, and started focusing on the basics while keeping my heart rate up throughout the entire session.
Ultimately, what followed after a very short period of time was what I had wanted for such a long time!!!
I got jacked, strong, ripped, and was more explosive than a dynamite on acid!!!
Although i was focused and hard working before, i missed the boat on HOW I was supposed to get there...I was using an old map to get somewhere i had never been before...
But once I opened my eyes and got on the right path, it was amazing how fast things started to change!!!
All it took was a few changes and like the saying goes, "Big doors swing on small hinges"...
Let me tell you, when I finally figured out the RIGHT way to train, all I wanted to do was let others in on the good news...
If you wanna look like and perform like the MAN...you can't train like a PUSSY!!!!
Train with the intensity of an angry bear and quit doing the emasculating isolation exercises (ESPECIALLY those crunches and sit-ups) that promise you everything and deliver you nothing....
Focus on the basics, and focus on doing them with some INTENSITY!!!
And one last thing, after you do this and become a badass, do me a favor...spread the word like I am to you!!!
